Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
ManekiBoop (まねきポン, "the app") is a game made by Fatih Baltacı, an independent developer ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Player ID: a random identifier created on first launch. It contains no name, email address or other directly identifying information.
- Play data: screens opened, buttons tapped, levels started, cleared or failed (and why), koban and items used.
- Purchase history: the product, price and currency of in-app purchases. Payment details are handled by Apple and never reach us.
- Device and diagnostics: OS and app version, device model, crash reports, performance (frame rate, launch time, memory).
- Approximate region: the country or region inferred from your IP address.
For reward videos (ads), Google Mobile Ads sends device information and records of ad views and taps. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow it in Apple's prompt, and only to choose ads that suit you. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) never uses the advertising identifier.
Why
- To find levels that are too hard or too easy and rebalance the game
- To find and fix crashes and bugs
- To adjust difficulty and rewards without an app update, and compare the results
- To look up your game when you contact us with your player ID
- To show reward videos and, if you allow it, choose ads that suit you
Service providers
This data is sent to Google LLC's Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics, Remote Config) and Google AdMob, and processed on servers outside your country, including the United States. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for your consent first; until you answer, no play data, crash reports or ad requests are sent. See data sent to partners for details.
Your choices
Turn off Settings → Share play data in the app to stop sending play data and crash reports. You can stop the use of the advertising identifier at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can change your consent at any time under Privacy choices in Settings.
Retention and deletion
Analytics data is deleted after at most 14 months and crash reports after 90 days. Event records may also be kept in our Google BigQuery project to improve the game. To access or delete your data, email us with the player ID shown in Settings.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and it does not collect directly identifying information from anyone.
